Les nombres 20 - 100

Let's start from numbers 20 to 69
The numbers from 20 to 69 in French is quite simple. Add the units/single number to the tens number. Use a hyphen to join the numbers.
Let's start with the tens.
20    vingt
30    trente
40    quarante
50    cinquante
60    soixante
70    soixante-dix
80    quatre-vingt
90    quatre-vingt-dix
100  cent

Now, as per the equation, add the number to the units (20,30,40,...)
For ex: 20 + 1 = 21  vingt-et-un
             20 + 2 = 22 vingt deux
Note1: The conjunction "and" or "et" in french is used to join the numbers 21,31,41, 51,61.
Note2: According to Orthographe traditionnelle (traditional spelling) it's written as "vingt et un" i.e, without the hyphen. According to orthographe rectifiée de 1990( rectified spelling as of 1990) it's written as "vingt-et-un"

20  vingt                   30 trente                 40 quarante                 50 cinquante                60 soixante
21  vingt-et-un         31 trente-et-un        41 quarante-et-un        51 cinquante-et-un   61 soixante-et-un
22  vingt-deux         32 trente-deux         42 quarante-deux        52 cinquante-deux    62 soixante-deux
23 vingt-trois           33 trente-trois         43 quarante-trois         53 cinquante-trois     63 soixante-trois
24 vingt-quatre        34 trente-quatre      44 quarante-quatre     54 cinquante-quatre  64 soixante-quatre
25 vingt-cinq           35 trente-cinq         45 quarante-cinq         55 cinquante-cinq     65 soixante-cinq
26 vingt-six             36 trente-six            46 quarante-six           56 cinquante-six        66 soixante-six
27 vingt-sept           37 trente-sept          47 quarante-sept          57 cinquante-sept      67soixante-sept
28 vingt-huit           38 trente-huit           48 quarante-huit         58 cinquante-huit       68soixante-huit
29 vingt-neuf          39 trente-neuf          49 quarante-neuf         59 cinquante-neuf      69soixante-neuf

Now, the numbers after 69 are a little differently written. the number 70 is soixante-dix i.e, 60+10=70
70 – soixante-dix
71 – soixante-onze (60 +11)
72 – soixante-douze
73 – soixante-treize
74 – soixante-quatorze
75 – soixante-quinze
76 – soixante-seize
77 – soixante-dix-sept
78 – soixante-dix-huit
79 – soixante-dix-neuf

Now, the 80s, quatre-vingts (four 20s)
80 – quatre-vingts (note: vingts ends in an S only here)
81 – quatre-vingt-un
82 – quatre-vingt-deux
83 – quatre-vingt-trois
84 – quatre-vingt-quatre
85 – quatre-vingt-cinq
86 – quatre-vingt-six
87 – quatre-vingt-sept
88 – quatre-vingt-huit
89 – quatre-vingt-neuf

Next, 90 in French is quatre-vingt-dix. (80+10)
90 – quatre-vingt-dix
91 – quatre-vingt-onze
92 – quatre-vingt-douze
93 – quatre-vingt-treize
94 – quatre-vingt-quatorze
95 – quatre-vingt-quinze
96 – quatre-vingt-seize
97 – quatre-vingt-dix-sept
98 – quatre-vingt-dix-huit
99 – quatre-vingt-dix-neuf (4 x 20 + 19)
